 Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your Impact:

  • Foster and own an established relationship with relevant stakeholders within Oetker Digital and with Oetker Group companies, including brands, such as Dr. Oetker, Radeberger, Coppenrath & Wiese, Juit, Flaschenpost, and many more
  • Work directly with a diverse set of companies from the Oetker Group to fuel and support their digital marketing transformation, with a strong focus on strategic consulting and capability building
  • Plan, execute, monitor and optimize high performing Social Media Advertising campaigns along the sales funnel from branding to performance goals
  • Work with external and internal stakeholders like the MarTech -and Data & Insights Team to drive holistic Digital Marketing along all areas of the consumer journey. Build on relevant data to boost marketing efficiency and effectiveness in the areas of campaign planning, audience and creative optimization as well as performance measurement
  • Develop for the group companies digital marketing strategies in line with business and marketing strategies and support in collaboration with their agency partners or in own execution the operationalization
  • Support our Oetker Digital Ventures with marketing expertise along the product development process from demand validation to scaling

Your Strengths:

  • A strategic mindset combined with an operational drive
  • Proven hands-on experience in planning and managing Social Media Advertising campaigns on the newest and most common social media platforms, like Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube
  • Project & stakeholder management expertise, ideally experienced in agile processes
  • Excellent digital marketing knowledge, particularly in data-driven marketing including first-party data strategies
  • Communication, collaboration, presentation, and moderation skills
  • Fluent in German and English

A huge plus but optional:

  • Gained insights in FMCG industry or Start-Up environment

  • Proven hands-on programmatic advertising experience with an ad server solution (e.g. DCM, AdForm) and audience management platforms (e.g. DMP, CDP)
