(Senior) Digital Brand Strategist (m/f/d)

Your Impact:

  • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional brand strategy projects and work streams from concept to completion in close collaboration with the Oetker group companies

  • Develop holistic brand strategies, brand positionings and communication strategies for established and emerging brands that consumers love and products and businesses can benefit from

  • Drive quantitative and qualitative analyses of consumers, brands, businesses, markets, categories and trends

  • Derive digital opportunities for established brands along the consumer journey

  • Drive the digital transformation together with our Oetker Group companies by accompanying transformational processes

  • Prepare and present findings & insights by using various storytelling methods (i.a. compelling presentations, workshops)

  • Build bridges between consumer, business and product by collaborating closely with colleagues from Digital Marketing, Data & Insight, Product Development and Product Design

Your Strengths:

  • Profound strategic and operational knowledge of the branding process, brand strategies and models

  • A proven track record of successfully led strategy projects with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • A strategic and conceptual mindset combined with operational drive and a consumer-centric marketing and product development approach

  • Incorporate and quickly adapt to a vast variety of expectations, perspectives and changing circumstance without losing motivation

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills (incl. workshop conceptualisation & facilitation)

  • A good understanding of change management challenges and how to overcome them

  • Extensive understanding of multiple Marketing channels and touchpoints (e.g. Social Media, SEO, Website, CRM), consumer and/or brand research

  • Professional working proficiency in German and English
