Tech Lead Engineering (m/f/d)

Your Impact:

  • Work on different projects and build Greenfield customer centric products

  • Develop and deliver high-quality, stable, secure and well-tested solutions having an efficient mindset following best practices and principles

  • Contribute to lean POCs to support our demand validations

  • Work closely with the project and/or product team to grow ideas and keep pushing for the right things to do

  • Challenge yourself and external supporters suggesting possible solutions

  • Work in an agile (Scrum) and open-minded environment with cross-functional product teams supported by our DevOps/SecOps

  • Manage external contributors which match our quality standards

Your Strengths:

  • You are interested in many aspects of programming and able to design scalable, highly available and fault tolerant systems

  • Open minded in using Frameworks like .Net / Symfony / React / Node

  • Deep understanding of API Design (GraphQL, Rest, JSON, OpenAPI, API contracts)

  • High affinity for well-tested code based for e.g. on Clean code, TDD, BDD

  • Experience with microservices (orchestration / choreography) and containerization based on Docker utilizing Kubernetes

  • Experience with in creating DesignSystems, no-code and low-code tools and platforms, is a plus

  • Strong and clear communication to build and maintain the bridge between business / product and engineering

  • Fluent in German is a must
