THE ROLE
As a Senior Data Analyst at Oetker Digital, you will play a critical role in owning and leveraging data to drive business decisions and strategies. You will work closely with various teams and business partners on the side of our Group companies to ask the right questions, deeply understand the business domains and processes, analyze datasets, generate insights and business cases based on data that help our brands grow and succeed in the digital space. Your expertise will guide the optimization of brand, marketing and sales strategies, product development, and customer engagement initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their strategies, needs and objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners to ensure data solutions align with business goals
- Act as a consultant, using probing questions to gain deep insights into the business domain and processes
- Analyze datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision making
- Develop and implement statistical models to solve complex business problems
- Communicate insights in a compelling and accessible manner to support data-driven decision-making
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights through effective data storytelling
